1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of elsewhereluxe.com, operated by Ross C. L. Stalley, trading as Elsewhere Luxe of 2a Connaught Avenue, London, E4 7AA, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "Elsewhere Luxe"). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Our role

Elsewhere Luxe is an intermediary: we let you search, compare and book hotel accommodation and flights through our booking technology partner, Nuitée, which acts as the merchant of record for bookings made via this site. When your booking is confirmed, the contract for your stay or flight is between you and the relevant accommodation provider or airline, with payment processed by Nuitée. We are not the party providing your accommodation, transport, or the contract of carriage.

3. Standalone bookings

Each hotel booking and each flight booking made through this site is a separate standalone booking. We do not sell packages; a hotel booked here and a flight booked here are not part of a combined holiday arrangement.

4. Prices and booking

All prices displayed are in the currency shown and include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise for a specific rate. Prices and availability are live and can change; a rate is only secured once your booking is confirmed. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email containing your booking reference.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Nuitée (merchant of record) and its payment providers. Elsewhere Luxe never receives or stores your card details.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Every rate carries its own cancellation policy, displayed to you before you confirm each booking. Refunds, where the rate allows them, follow the terms of that specific rate. If you need help with a cancellation or change, contact hello@elsewhereluxe.com — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate guest details and valid identification/travel documents where required. It is your responsibility to check entry requirements, and the accuracy of your booking confirmation.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elsewhere Luxe acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the standard, condition or safety of accommodation or flights provided by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our aggregate liability for any claim connected to our role (such as a booking not being transmitted correctly) is limited to the total price of the affected booking.

9. Intellectual property

The Elsewhere Luxe name, wordmark and site content are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence where applicable law provides.
