We stayed there one night. Overall the stay was wonderful and the staff were extremely accommodating and professional. W
Beautiful! The staff were excellence in service.
The only gripe was there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. They tried to mask it with heavy spray or perfume in the room.

Beautiful public areas and overall initial impression but all other facilities need improving.
The interior public spaces are spectacular to look at.Amazing mosaics and lovely authentic furniture. However the bedrooms and bathrooms leave a lot to be required. I appreciate its a historic building but these rooms need an overhaul.
The staff were poorly trained and although they did their best, the service they provided was just adequate. We were only on Bed and breakfast basis but the food needed improvement to cope with an international type of clientele.
